Time flies so fast! It seems like just a few weeks ago that I had a positive pregnancy test in my hands. In the meantime I had a 24-week check-up last week and I am increasingly realizing that I am now really over half.
Our girl grows well and moves a lot. Every ultrasound is a challenge for the midwife 🙂
The itchy feeling and the small 'pops' make way for increasingly clearly felt shovels. Very special, hopefully Floris will soon be able to feel this too.
Apart from being tired more easily, I have had few complaints in the beginning except for some nausea. Okay, I am more emotional, but otherwise I think it is not so bad with the hormones… I can honestly say that I am enjoying my pregnancy.
My stomach is slowly starting to get in the way. As a result, my horse is now on holiday in the meadow and my riding boots are in the closet for the time being. I expected to have more trouble with this, but because driving became more difficult, the decision was also easier to make. What I have more trouble with are some reactions from others, such as “are you sure they are not twins”…., Or colleagues who say very well-intentioned to you that you really shouldn't move that stool yourself… But otherwise really just nice and sweet reactions from everyone!
