At Kibeo you can register your child for one of our locations without obligation and free of charge. You do this by clicking on 'Register your child for childcare at Kibeo' at the bottom of this page and filling in the form. We will contact you by telephone as soon as possible after we have received your application for registration. During this telephone conversation we will further elaborate on your wishes and supplement your registration where necessary. Your preferred location, desired start date and preferred days can influence whether and from when we have a place for you. If it is a location with a waiting list, we will let you know. We are happy to think along with you to find the best solution for you.
You will receive a suitable placement offer
As soon as we have an idea of your wishes for the care of your child, we will contact you as soon as possible for a placement offer. Is the start date for childcare more than a year ahead? Then you will receive the placement offer from us up to one year in advance. Are you happy with our offer and do you agree? Then we will send you an agreement. When you sign the agreement, this means that we have a permanent place for your child (ren) and that you are welcome at the location that we have agreed on on the agreed start date.
Request a tour
Before you choose childcare for your child, it is nice to have a no-obligation look inside a location. What does your child experience and learn during the day at the daycare? Who will take care of your child and how many other boyfriends and girlfriends are playing? You can request a tour via the form Request a tour. If you register without having had a tour, we will be happy to discuss the possibility of a tour during the telephone contact. Filling in a separate form for a tour is then not necessary.
Already one or more children at Kibeo?
Are you already a Kibeo customer and do you want to register brother (s) or sister (s)? Then you can easily indicate this in My Kibeo or send an email to Klantrelatie@kibeo.nl. A customer advisor will then contact you as soon as possible.
