Parent contribution
The municipality believes it's very important that your toddler has the opportunity to develop through play, so they're offering a small contribution towards the costs of preschool. You'll pay a monthly parental contribution based on a gross hourly rate of €11.23. The amount of this contribution is based on your income. The table shows your monthly parental contribution.

If we do not know your income, you will automatically fall under the highest rate for the parental contribution. Make sure you don't pay too much, mail a completed one Income statement (formerly IB60 form) to [email protected].
In some cases, the municipality of Staphorst offers additional support.
Contribution towards costs: Fund for Participation in Social Activities
The condition for this arrangement is:
- You have a low income (less than 110% of the social assistance standard) and small assets.

Have you been advised by the Youth Health Care (JGZ) to send your toddler to daycare for extra support regarding language and/or social development?
Then it is possible in the municipality of Staphorst for toddlers to the 3rd and 4th day part to come for free.
The JGZ also sends the advice to us. We will contact you to discuss the possibilities.
Requirements:
- You have one for this indication received from JGZ
- Your baby is already coming 2 paid half days to the shelter
- Your toddler is 2.5 years old
