Welcome at Kibeo Koningin Wilhelminastraat Piershil

At Kibeo Koningin Wilhelminastraat in Piershil, we offer warm and safe childcare for children aged 0 to 4. On Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, we form a group for children aged 0-2 and a group for 2-4 year olds. On Wednesdays and Fridays, these groups play together.

Our location is situated between two primary schools, allowing the youngest children to already catch a glimpse of their future. We also have an after-school care branch at primary school De Wegwijzer, ensuring a smooth transition for your child. We regularly participate in the toddler activities at primary school 't Kraaienest.

Our attractively furnished playground is equipped with a large sandbox and a separate play area for the youngest children. Here, imagination and discovery are encouraged. Outdoor play is of great importance to us, and we try to do so daily.

We work with the 'Puk' preschool education methodology. Our year is divided into various themes, with work schedules full of challenging activities. We pay close attention to the individual needs of each child and tailor smaller group activities accordingly.

Have you become curious? Make an appointment for a guided tour. We look forward to meeting you and your child(ren). Hopefully see you soon!

"We leave Rick with peace of mind every week and he is having a great time! We notice that he is learning more and more at the shelter and is already picking up a lot. By playing together he also learns to share with other children."

"Jonah does many different activities at the shelter that stimulate his development in a playful way, for example painting or learning to eat with a fork. It is also nice that Jonah is together with peers with whom he can play together. He also learns a lot from this. Through the parent portal we can see what Jonah is doing. Especially the photos are very nice to see. Jonah has a great time at the shelter. You always see him smiling in the photos!"

I was really curious to see how Levy would like the toddler group. He had a tough time adjusting at first, but the pedagogical professionals were incredibly helpful. They made sure Levy felt comfortable quickly. Now he's having a blast!
