The municipality is an important party when it comes to the development of the young child. On the one hand when it comes to supervision and legislation and regulations, but on the other hand also for housing and, for example, granting subsidies for (toddler) care.
We are in close contact with every municipality within our working area. For example, we regularly receive various contact persons from the municipalities, such as policy officers or councilors, at our branches. In this way we give them a look under the hood of childcare in an accessible way.
What can we do for municipalities?
We are a sparring partner for issues related to child services within a municipality. Thanks to our experience and our network, we are able to think along with you about policy-making regarding the development of young children and we advise on this. We fulfill a connecting role between various stakeholders within a municipality.
Whether it concerns thinking about new construction of a multifunctional center or extra attention to language development in a disadvantaged neighbourhood. Our employees work locally and know what is going on in the region. This allows us to have a practical say and think about specific situations.
