Submit an income statement
The municipality considers it very important that your toddler is given the opportunity to develop through play, which is why they will meet the costs for toddler care. You pay a fixed monthly parental contribution of € 66.94 for this if your child goes to daycare for at least 2 half-days of 4 hours per week.

In some cases, the municipality of Steenbergen offers extra support:
1. Special assistance
The conditions for this reimbursement are:
- You have a minimum income and equity
2. Individual income supplement
The conditions for this reimbursement are:
- You have a long-term low income and little capital
3. Social medical indication
The conditions for this reimbursement are:
- You cannot take care of your child(ren) for social and/or medical reasons and you therefore need childcare + your income is lower than 120% of the social assistance standard
4. Stichting Leergeld
The conditions for this reimbursement are:
- Your income is lower than 120% of the social assistance standard
Indication from the GGD?
Do you have the advice of the GGD to bring your toddler to Kibeo for extra support with regard to language and/or social development? Then it is possible in the municipality of Steenbergen to come to the childcare for the 1st and 2nd half of the day for a lower monthly parental contribution, namely for € 23.51 per month and a 3rd and 4th half day free to come.
The GGD also sends the advice to us. We will contact you to discuss the possibilities.

- You have one for this indication received from the GGD
- Minimum purchase of 2 half-days of 4 hours
- Your toddler is 2.5 years old
