This week was National Sports Week and that's why we were even more active than usual! 🏃‍♀️ We were active in various ways: from throwing and catching balls with the little ones, to dancing and jumping at the toddler group and completing a course at the after-school care! Exercise is not only great fun, but also essential for the development of children. By moving playfully, children work on their gross motor skills, such as running, jumping and balancing. This helps them to better control their body and strengthens their self-confidence.
